Commercial Litigation and Family Law
Ms. Decker has experience in a variety of causes of action including breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, negligence and deceptive trade practices. She has had the great fortune of representing clients in a wide range of subject matters including real estate disputes, construction defects, construction contract disputes, disputes between parties to an oil & gas contract, and personal injury defense. She has developed an expertise in family law and is excited to bring her commercial litigation experience to the family law courtroom.
