Estate Planning and Probate:

Represent clients in all areas of estate planning and probate, including wills, powers of attorney, trusts, and probate proceedings.

Business and Corporate:

Advise clients on entity selection; prepare organizational documents; provide ongoing general business advice and legal services in contract drafting and review, employment and independent contractor agreements, and general business counseling. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, including asset acquisitions and stock acquisitions.

Employee Relations:

Provide legal advice to employers concerning employment issues, including employment discrimination, employee handbooks, confidentiality and non-competition agreements, and other issues which concern the employment relationship.
