Practice Areas & Experience
Leslie's primary practice areas include commercial litigation, employment litigation and probate litigation. She has served as intervenor's lead counsel in a three-day jury trial and obtained a favorable jury verdict for her client. Leslie has a 100% success rate when representing clients in appeals hearings before the Texas Workforce Commission and regularly handles matters before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
In addition to her trial experience at the district court level, Leslie has had extensive involvement with appellate matters including preparation of appellate briefs filed in Texas appellate courts, as well as the Supreme Court of Texas.
