Matt handles residential and commercial construction matters from filing and removing mechanic's liens to ultimate resolution of disputes in arbitration or trials. He has successfully handled many disputes to final arbitration award or judgment. Additionally, he represents an international church organization in its real estate matters including litigation over church properties. As a final area of concentration he has a general real estate and commercial litigation practice.
