Practice Areas & Experience
Appellate Law:
David represents clients in all levels of appeals from Texas courts as well as state and federal administrative agencies. David's appellate practice also focuses on providing trial support for matters likely to be appealed, such as dispositive motions, evidentiary issues, and jury charge construction.
Civil Litigation:
David's litigation practice encompasses a broad range of cases, including business disputes, contract disputes, construction defect claims, real estate disputes, and church law.
Intellectual Property Litigation:
David represents clients before various courts and agency review boards with regard to protecting the clients' intellectual property rights in various media.
Medical Liability Defense:
David has represented numerous doctors and other healthcare professionals in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels.
Personal Injury Defense:
David also defends clients against a variety of personal injury claims, with special emphasis on transportation and trucking litigation.
