Mr. Rice represents all facets of the construction industry including general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and homeowners in various construction related matters. He also represents both small family owned businesses and large commercial corporations in their various business and contract related disputes. His area of concentration is construction law, mechanics’ lien law, and commercial litigation.
