Janet
Hahn selected for first
Advocacy
Award
FORT
WORTH – Janet
Hahn, a shareholder with Decker, Jones, McMackin, McClane,
Hall & Bates, P.C., today received a 2008 Women's Advocacy
Award from Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas. Other honorees for
2008 are Barbara Lamsens, executive director of The Parenting
Center, and community volunteer Kristin Vandergriff. The honors
were presented for the first time and the three were selected
“for exceptional advocacy on behalf of women, especially those
living in poverty.”
"It
has been an honor for me to be a participant of this vital
service to the community,” Hahn said. “The importance
of what Legal Aid does cannot be overstated. I am thrilled
to have had a small part in it."
Hahn's
practice focuses on Entity Formation, Business Transactions
and Corporate Probate, Employment and Estate Planning. She
is a tireless community volunteer and currently serves on
the board of directors for The Women's Center of Tarrant County.
