    Decker Jones adds 3 shareholders

FORT WORTH – Decker, Jones, McMackin, McClane, Hall &

Bates, P.C has added three shareholders – Veronica Chavez

Law, Matthew L. Motes and Stephen L. Polozola.

tremendous amount of talent, dedication and experience to the

table”.

Law's focus is on general business and commercial real estate

transactions; she has represented banks, investors, developers

and utilities in growing their portfolios. Law is on the Board of

Directors of Leadership Fort Worth, an active junior member

of The Fort Worth Club, and was named one of Fort Worth's

"40 Under 40" by the Fort Worth Business Press and a "Rising

Star" by Texas Super Lawyers magazine.

Motes' practice is concentrated in residential and commercial

construction law and general real estate litigation. He also

represents churches in real property disputes related to church

splits. In the community, he served as president of Arlington

South Rotary and currently serves on its board, and is involved

with First Methodist Mansfield, and with his daughters in the

YMCA Father-Child program in Arlington.

Polozola is a construction and real estate attorney primarily

focused on representing homebuilders before the Texas

Residential Construction Commission and in lawsuits

involving construction defects and third-party warranty

claims. Polozola frequently speaks to various builders and

building associations regarding legal issues affecting the

industry and writes a monthlyl egal column in a local trade

magazine and a quarterly column in the Fort Worth Business

Press. He is on the Board of Directors for the Greater Fort

Worth Builders Association and is general counsel to the

Certified Master Builder Corporation.
