Decker Jones hires Amy Flowers
as Firm Administrator

Fort Worth, Texas (August 28, 2009) – Amy Flowers has been named Firm Administrator at Decker, Jones, McMackin, McClane, Hall & Bates, P.C.

Flowers has an extensive background in finance and has spent the majority of her career with corporate law firms.

“Her work with financial statements, HR matters and recruiting will be a tremendous asset to Decker Jones,” Managing Partner Chuck Milliken said.

She previously worked in accounting and administration with four Dallas firms -- Gruber Hurst Johansen Hail; Rose • Walker; Winstead Sechrest & Minick; and Vinson & Elkins L.L.P.

Her responsibilities with Decker Jones will include maintaining financial statements, monitoring cash flow, handling receivables issues, preparing budgets, administering employee benefit plans, payroll, firm insurance and handling employee matters and HR issues.

She is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Finance.
