REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS
Members of our Real Estate Section assist investors, developers, owners, users and lenders, on a national, regional, and local level, in a variety of real estate and commercial transaction matters, including structuring, negotiating, documenting, and completing significant real estate transactions. Our attorneys are involved in all aspects of acquisition, development, ownership, management, leasing, construction, and entitlement of real estate, including the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, land development issues, leasing, landlord-tenant matters, mortgage lending, and commercial financing. We also counsel clients in forming entities for the ownership, operation, development, and management of commercial real estate, including joint ventures, general partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations. Additionally, some of our real estate attorneys have expertise in dealing with a variety of governmental land use matters such as entitlements including zoning, subdivision and other land use issues, and development incentives. Our real estate attorneys also have broad experience in real estate litigation, arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution involving real estate contract disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, construction disputes, and other matters that cannot be resolved through negotiations.
