Randy J. Hall chairs the litigation section

& Bates, P.C., a Texas firm established in 1896.
Hall represents
physicians, hospitals and other healthcare providers in complex
civil litigation and is widely recognized as one of the leading
defense attorneys in the field of medical malpractice. He
has tried more than a hundred cases to jury verdict.
He is certified by the Texas Board
of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law, Civil
Trial Law and Appellate Law, and as a Civil Trial Specialist
