Eamonn Wiles represents clients in complex commercial litigation, construction, and insurance coverage disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, RCLA, employment, and land use.  He practices in both state and federal courts as well as in arbitration and is admitted to practice before all state courts in Texas as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas. Mr. Wiles is a graduate of Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, Tarrant County Bar Association, and a past member of the Eldon B. Mahon Inn of Court, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, and Fort Worth-Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association.
