BIO

Jeff is a trial attorney who helps Texas businesses and individuals navigate through civil litigation, from filing an initial pleading through judgment. He has obtained favorable results for his clients in a variety of civil lawsuits, including commercial litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, and product liability lawsuits. At the same time, he frequently counsels clients with pragmatic resolutions to avoid the expense of litigation, if possible.  Jeff regularly represents contractors and homeowners in residential and commercial disputes. Jeff has significant experience defending physicians in medical malpractice lawsuits.
