He is a certified civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and a Certified Civil Pre-Trial Practice Advocate by the National Board of Civil Pre-Trial Advocacy. He has tried over 150 cases to a verdict and knows, through his 38 years of experience, how to go to bat for his clients in the courthouse. Randy has been called upon to represent the interests of professionals such as physicians, lawyers, architects and engineers, and is on the approved list of counsel for many of the major liability insurance carriers in this country. These include mediation, arbitration and informal negotiations if it serves the best interest of his clients and produces a satisfactory conclusion in a manner not only consistent with the client’s needs but also the client’s financial resources.
