Provide legal
advice to employers concerning employment issues, including
employment discrimination, wage and hour matters, and
other issues which concern the employment relationship.
Represent employers in employment disputes alleging
discrimination on the basis of age, race, gender, national
origin, and sexual harassment.
Represent clients in all areas of estate planning and
probate, including wills, powers of attorney, living
trusts, estate tax planning and probate proceedings.
Advise clients on corporate and limited liability company
entity selection and prepare organizational documents.
Provide ongoing general business advice and legal services
in contract drafting and review, employment and independent
contractor agreements, and general business counseling.
