This week Dan Bates, a senior trial lawyer in Decker Jones litigation section, presented oral argument for USHEALTH Group, Inc. in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit to uphold the trial court ruling favorable to his client. This was the fourth argument Dan has presented in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
